WHAT A PENCIL IS REALLY MADE OF

WHAT A PENCIL IS REALLY MADE OF

“We are nothing but pencil in the hands of the creator, the incomparable poet” is a very common quotation. But, have you ever thought of what it means? Now let’s compare our self with pencil containing eraser. God created the world and also created human beings, animal…in the world but remember we are pencil and God is our creator. He uses us to design draw or invent things in the world for our own use. An artist we surely hold a pencil to draw this is why we’re pencils in the HANDS of our creator.
Also, remember that he is our creator and he created us. He created the lead and wooden cover of the pencil. Also, notice that there is an eraser on the pencil which is used to make correction when drawing. This implies that when ever we make mistakes, there’s an eraser to correct this mistakes. But recall this eraser is smaller than the lead in the pencil itself. This means that there a limitation to the erasable mistake you can make in life.
Furthermore, we would observe that without sharpening the mouth of a pencil, it won’t be useful and it is the artist that sharpens the pencil, so our creator sharpens us for us to be useful. A blunt pencil can’t be useful. Also the lead in a pencil symbolises the potentials and abilities we’ve got in us. A pencil could be of a different shade from another pencil but on the lead in the pencil. Hence, there are various potentials in every one of us.
After all my long story I can prove that if we allow our creator to sharpen our lives, we would be sharpened and useful; if we allow our creator to use us to make design in the world, we would be useful to the society and our selves; if we allow our creator to sharpen and make good use of us, our hidden potential will be efficiently used even to the glory of God. So my questions now are
  •  Are you ready to be held in the hands of your creator?
  • Are you ready to be use by your creator?
  • Are you ready to make corrections of your past mistakes?
  • Are you ready to be sharpened?
  • Are you ready for the maximum use of your hidden potentials?
Then if you are truly ready but submit your pencil for the greatest artist to draw.
